Pay Range: $ 48.07 /hr - $ 64.89/hr
*Please note, the highest starting rate as a new hire is $56.48/hr, based on applicable experience

We are considering a Physical or Occupational Therapist for this position.
**Prefer candidates to have a minimum of 6-months pelvic health experience or completion of Herman and Wallace PF1 or APTA Pelvic Health Level, and a minimum of 6-months orthopedic/outpatient experience or completion of orthopedic based continuing education.
Physical Therapist job description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment upon physician referral to a patient population consisting of varying diagnosis. The Physical Therapist will assess, identify and treat all areas of deficits impacting posture, locomotion, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, joint mobility, flexibility, pain and functional abilities in daily living. The Physical Therapist provides instruction and education to the patient/caregiver to promote the safe execution of the facilitatory techniques taught.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

One year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or out patient setting
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
Current Physical Therapy license from the State of California, or be a California Licensed applicant. Licensed applicant must successfully complete next available examination to continue employment.
Current CPR recognition
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family. Clinical skills and knowledge to successfully achieve desired outcomes in assigned patients. Ability to provide treatment to address the practical and realistic needs and goals of the patient. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
Occupational Therapist job description

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment upon physician referral to a patient population consisting of varying diagnosis. The Occupational Therapist will assess, identify and treat all areas of deficits impacting self care, functional mobility, upper extremity function, behavior, cognition and perception and the ability to function in their life's role. The Occupational Therapist provides instruction and education to the patient/caregiver to promote the safe execution of the facilitatory techniques taught.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

- One year experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation, mental health or out patient setting.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of California or has been granted a limited permit from the State of California
- Current CPR recognition
